NOTICE OF EGM - 27 June 2022
Further to clause 8.4 of the North Lanarshire Council, Scheme for Community Councils the following Community Councillors, Clare Ross, Alan Davidson and Vivien Mitchell, have called for an Extraordinary General Meeting of Dullatur Community Council for the following business to be transacted:
Motion -
“To agree that two or more Committee members can proceed to finalising and entering into a contract with Ross Garage Conversions for the purposes of refurbishing the village hall to get it back to a usable state for the benefit of the wider community, such contract to be on the basis of the quote provided on 26th May 2022 with any minor amendments to be approved by the majority of community council members”

The EGM will be held on Monday 27th June 2022 at 8pm in Dullatur Village Hall.
